I was born and grew up in a fading post-industrial town, where nature took over the abandoned crumbling remains of so many concrete beehives and gave me my playground and my aesthetic.  This sense of nostalgic adventure - of exploration, environment, hazy evenings in open fields or studying the graffiti that lined the walls of the old railway - these elements have made both my writing and my photography.

I have had no formal training in photography besides having a pair of eyes and a curious mind.  My work is often light, heavy, optimistic, suffocating, surreal and sentimental.  But ultimately these are just words; your eyes will see what you want to see.

Thank you very much for visiting and viewing.
